This session offers practical guidance on preparing a strong educational portfolio for promotion and career advancement. Participants will learn to identify the key components of an educational portfolio and differentiate their content from those in a CV, outline a structured individual portfolio that effectively showcases teaching experiences and contributions to medical education, and critically evaluate educational portfolios to apply feedback and improve their own.
