This session is designed for any new faculty members who have newly started or for those who have not yet attended a previous College of Medicine New Faculty Orientation program.

The College of Medicine's New Faculty Orientation is separate from UK's New Faculty Orientation and UKHealthCare's New Provider Orientation. The College of Medicine's orientation is designed to provide you with information specific to the College of Medicine that you will need to know as a faculty member. Topics will include conflict of interest (COI), distribution of effort (DOE), and promotion and tenure preparation. Attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged.
